There are many factors that effect jetting:

Motor modification, parts installed, temperature, humidity, type of gas, elevation, type of riding are some examples of elements that can effect proper jetting. The jetting specs listed here are designed to work well from sea level to approx 3000’, in the climate of Southern California. Adjustments to specs listed should be made if the vehicle is not going to be operated under these conditions. Any further questions please ask. Needle clip position is always counted from top of needle as assembled in carb Air screw / fuel screw settings are counted from screw turned in until lightly seated then backed out per spec.

Banshee FMF Fatty or Toomy T5

• Main Jet 300
• Pilot Jet 32.5
• Alba needle @ 4th clip
• Air screw 1 1/2 (approx) turns
• Remove air box lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

• Main Jet 240-260
• Pilot 35
• Alba Blaster Needle (stock Banshee Needle) / 4th clip
• Air screw 1 1/2 to 2 turns
• Remove Snorkel From Air Box

Warrior Pipe Kit With Disc Pack

• Main Jet 147.5
• Pilot Jet 50
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Warrior Pipe Kit With Open End Cap

• Main Jet 155
• Pilot Jet 50
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Suggest: air filter adaptor kit with filter (better seal between air box and air filter)

Raptor 350 Pipe Kit With Open End Cap

• Main Jet 145
• Pilot Jet 25
• Stock Needle - Stock Clip Position
• Fuel Screw - 2 Turns (approx)
• Install Torque Stuffer to Head Pipe at Cylinder
• Must Drill 3 1-Inch Holes in Air-Box Lid

Raptor 660
Alba Pipe Kit with Open End Cap and Air Box Lid Off

Must use filter adapter kit
(stock filter requires use of lid to hold filter in place. Lid is removed with this kit)
